Who are the important people in your life? Is it someone famous, like the Queen, or is it someone close to you, like your dad? We asked children from twelve different countries to tell us about an important person. Some of their answers are shown below.

 
   

   
 

My name is Solonge.  Sorry, Hello.  I study in secondary schools sixth grade. I'm fourteen years old.  My important person is my grandmother.  She is a wonderful woman.  I love my grandmother.  We live in Hentii aimag.  My grandmother was working in library.  My grandmother's name is Gurshagjaa.

The Queen is a nice old lady who always wears a dress.  She lives in Buckingham Palace in London.  She also has a big house in Scotland, and she has been reigning over fifty years.  She is called Queen Elizabeth.  She is very rich and has lots of jewellery.
